TCNJ’s Wrestling team will host its annual Clinic Series starting in May. Each Wednesday there will be team style practice in the wrestling room. High School aged wrestlers will get to learn from the coaching staff and compete against college wrestlers. 

When: Wednesday 6-7:45pm 

How long: May 21-September 17, 2025

Cost: $125 for 5-Pack of Sessions

Where: TCNJ’s Wrestling room (Rec Center); lower level Room 101

Parking: Lot 5, 6, or 7

• Waiver to be filled out once and submitted at the first clinic you attend. 
• Practice plan to warm up, drill, learn, then wrestle. 
• Parent(s) are welcome to sit upstairs in the lounge area of the Rec Center. 
• Bring a water bottle and headgear. 
• Locker room and shower facilities are available. 
• Check-in with coaching staff at arrival.
